The Taurus X impulse seal flying knife bag making machine is a fully automatic machine that processes film rolls into finished bags. It completes feeding, length setting, forming, sealing, cutting, counting, and collecting processes. It is suitable for mass production of a variety of packaging materials, including PE, PP, and composite films, as well as various bag types, including flat bags, tote bags, and ziplock bags.

Stable Feed Tension
The Taurus X impulse seal flying knife bag making machine features a built-in photoelectric sensor and tension control device, ensuring consistent feed tension from film roll loading to finished product delivery. This prevents dimensional deviations and misaligned seals caused by uneven film tension.
High-Precision Cutting
The machine utilizes a pneumatically driven high-speed cutter, coupled with a synchronized positioning system, ensuring stable cutting accuracy within ±0.5mm. The resulting cuts are smooth, burr-free, and tear-free.
High Bag-Making Efficiency
This bag-making machine uses instantaneous pulse heat-sealing technology, completing the seal in just 0.05 seconds. The bag film seals with virtually no pauses during feeding, enabling high-speed bag production at 180 times per minute.
