Efficient and Stable Screw
The Mini and Compact Blown Film Extruder utilizes a 30:1 length-to-diameter screw made of Sacm-645 and 38CrMoAl alloy steel. Nitriding improves wear resistance and thermal stability, ensuring uniform mixing of the molten plastic and stable discharge.
High-Precision Three-Layer Co-extrusion Die
The equipment is equipped with a three-layer co-extrusion die with a die diameter ranging from 60 to 80 mm, depending on the model. Combined with the optional Auto Thickness Control (ATC), it achieves high-precision film thickness control from 0.007 mm to 0.150 mm.
Servo Automatic Winding System
The Mini and Compact Blown Film Extruder supports surface friction winding and is equipped with a 1.5 kW independent winding motor and an automatic tension adjustment system for constant tension control during the winding process.
Various Optional Automation Modules
The Mini and Compact Blown Film Extruder supports installation of modules such as a rotary die, air shaft, and Corona treatment. In particular, the air-cooled cooling device and energy-saving drying box structure can control the power consumption of the equipment within 18.5kW when running at full load.
