Dual Tension System
The Micro Perforation Slitting Machine is equipped with a powder brake and powder clutch at both the unwinding and rewinding ends, respectively. A micro-pitch automatic tension controller provides dynamic tension adjustment, ensuring that the material does not stretch, wrinkle, or break at high speeds of 120 m/min.

 

German Hot Needle System
The Micro Perforation Slitting Machine's perforation system utilizes a German hot needle module. This precise temperature control module and constant-speed roller drive deliver highly consistent heat perforation at speeds of 60 m/min.

 

EPC Web Correction and Static Elimination Device
The unwinding unit integrates an integrated Edge Position Controller (EPC) that automatically identifies the material edge and adjusts the web feed direction in real time to prevent material deviation and trimming errors. It is also equipped with an anti-static device to prevent static buildup during high-speed operation, which can cause material sticking or machine stoppages.
