Introduction To The Relatively Standardized Operating Procedures Of Bag Making Machines

The more standardized operations of the bag making machine are as follows:

1. Preparations before starting up
① Check whether there is dust or debris around the equipment and remove them.
② Load the film roll according to the requirements of the production notice.
③Adjust the size of the bag according to the production notice and process documents, install the heat sealing knife, and make preliminary adjustments.
④The position of the slitting knife and heat sealing knife.
⑤Turn on the power and set the temperature of the heat sealing knife according to the requirements of the process documents.
⑥Enter the relevant data for bag making and the required number of pieces for each bundle.
⑦ Select the edge of the pattern with large color difference and adjust the photoeye sensitivity left and right to meet the requirements.

2. Start up
① Start the main motor and run it at low speed, then adjust the edge control to bisect the film in the middle position.
②Adjust the left and right nip rollers to align the left and right films, and adjust the front and rear nip rollers to align the pattern.
③Adjust the heat sealing knife so that it can be heat sealed within the required range of the bag.
④Adjust the slitting blade to the desired position, and adjust the punching position to the scissor edge.
⑤ Preliminarily adjust the machine speed, take the sample bag that is flattened out once, and conduct initial inspection.
⑥ During the production process, observe the bag making situation at any time and make immediate adjustments if any abnormalities are found.

3. Shutdown
Turn off the main power switch, and then turn off the power switches of each part.
